Our power shed design and power cube are custom built portable containerized power systems. The solar panels, generator, inverter, batteries, wind and micro-hydro interface are wired by a licensed electrician according to the NEC standards (local codes may vary).
Our power shed design is insulated with blown in foam and heated. Correctly designed from years of 'know how', all components are compatible and selected for optimized performance and expandability. The 120/240 ac system will start water pumps up to 1hp. As a totally automatic system, power can be supplied to an off-grid house or it can be used as a limited sustainable back-up power system in case of grid failure. In grid tied systems the power produced can be sold back to the grid if agreed upon by your power company.
These systems qualify for federal and state tax rebates. They are less expensive due to the savings in installation costs. The system is complete. You simply plug your house or cabin into it! You own it and you can take it with you when you move. If you have a problem, we can easily troubleshoot the system because we know exactly what you have. If there are any system upgrades we will notify you and assist you with the upgrade process. Potentially saving costly service calls.
